please help me to correct my english summary for my bachelor thesis.
Muß eine kurzzusammenfassung für meine erste bac arbeit schreiben. die sollte werd korrigieren der englisch kann.

This Bachelor thesis should answer the central research-leading question: „Which requirements exist for the postadjustment of International Law for the restriction of deployment of landmines for the purpose of the restriction or removal of the mine problems?” At the beginning, the basics of historical and technical background of landmines are elucidated, to provide the basis for a further processing of this issue. Furthermore basic concepts are explained with regard to the mine clearance. Chosen contracts of International Law in relation to landmines are shown, valued and scrutinized. In particular the so-called Ottawa convention is treated within the scope of this chapter. The final consideration shows existing abuses in already existing international agreements. Besides the final consideration offers action possibilities and shows possible consequences of the action possibilities.


Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit soll die zentrale forschungsleitende Frage „Welche Erfordernisse bestehen zur Nachjustierung von völkerrechtlichen Verträgen zur Einschränkung von Einsatz von Landminen zum Zweck der Einschränkung beziehungsweise Beseitigung der Minenproblematik?“ beantworten. Zu Beginn der Arbeit wird sowohl der historische als auch der technische Hintergrund von Landminen behandelt. In weiterer Folge werden Grundbegriffe bezüglich der Räumung von Landminen erläutert. Daraufhin werden ausgewählte Verträge zu Landminen dargestellt, bewertet und hinterfragt. Insbesondere die sogenannte
Ottawa-Konvention wird im Rahmen dieses Kapitels behandelt.
Abschließend wird in der Schlussbetrachtung auf bestehende Missstände in bereits bestehenden Vertragswerken hingewiesen. Des Weiteren bietet die Schlussbetrachtung Handlungsmöglichkeiten und zeigt mögliche Konsequenzen derselben.

This Bachelor thesis shall answer the central research-leading question: (Shall is better. Should implies that it may or may not answer the question.)„What are the requirements for the readjustment of international laws regarding the restriction of landmine deployment?” (This question was confusing. Avoid being redundant. It's okay in German, but bad form in English. Furthermore, you don't mention these requirements later in your thesis.)At the beginning, the basics of the historical and technical background of landmines are reviewed, including concepts of mine clearance. (This is shorter and you've already said in the previous sentence what the goal is, no?)Select contracts of international law in relation to landmines, including the Ottawa Treaty, are presented, assessed, and scrutinized.The conclusion will show abuses in already existing international agreements, offer possible actions to take against these abuses, and the potential consequences of such actions.
