Report Airport pls correct till 11 o'clock pm

sorry that I am so late, but it was not easy to write it, because I wasn't at an airport ago, I had to ask my mum for help.

I hope it is not to bad, and you get it till 11 o'clock pm, would be nice.

Not so long ago, I was going to England by plane. I decided to fly from Airport Köln-Bonn, because I heard so many good things about it. And I didn’t get disappointed, the airport was very nice.

Especially the big waiting hall with many shops was very interesting, because one could go shopping or looking only for some new articles on the market to bridge the long waiting time.

I directly found the right way to my plane, so the labeling of the different planes was very good. There was also no problem to find the toilets, which were, by the way, very clean. So it was no trouble to give some money to the lavatory cleaner.

But there were things I didn’t like either.

Generally the flights were delayed or they get canceled, because of trouble. It is very annoying, when you are at 2 o’clock at the airport, and then your flight is not until 6 o’clock. You can go in the numerous shops, but when you are there occasionally, you know all the shops and so it is annoying and waste of time.

Besides the luggage reclaim was overcrowded, there were people over people, we had to wait more than 1 hour and that’s too much.

To improve this problem, there should be more workers at the luggage reclaim and maybe more luggage bands, so that the traveller doesn´t have to wait for a so long time.
