tomorrow, i have a little presentation about eva longoria, but i'm not sure about the tenses (present perfect simple etc)...could you please read and correct the text? thanks

Eva Longoria Parker

She was born in Corpus Christ in Texas. She’s the daughter of Tejano parents. She has three sisters and they raised Roman Catholic. The familiy hadn’t very much money, so Eva wanted to be a model and she sent in photos to a model agency, but they said, that she’s too heavy. So, she decided to study Kinesiology. During this time, she won the title of the Miss Corpus Christi.
In 2000, after her college, she landed her first television role. She had a guest-role in the serie „Beverly Hills 90210“ After some guest-roles, she went to the casting of the serie „Desperate Housewives“ With the role of a Exmodel, she became an international superstar. Now, she’s been working at her career since 2000.
After her marriage with Tyler Christopher, she’s married Tony Parker, a professional basketball player. After some months, she changed her name from Longoria to Longoria Parker.
A few months ago, she’s finished her last film, „Witouht men“. Now, she’s been working at her new film „Cristiada“. This film will be in the cinemas in 2011.
I’ve read, that Eva Longoria and Tony Parker decided to divorce after seven years together. She’s posted it at her Facebookaccount a few days ago.

Eva Longoria Parker (Man kann einen Text leider nicht mit einem einfachen "she" einleiten, ohne zu erklären, wer "she" überhaupt sein soll - auch wenn es schon im Titel steht!) was born in Corpus Christi in Texas. She is the daughter of Tejano parents, has three sisters and was (sonst hört es sich so an, als wenn nur die drei Schwestern und nicht Eva selbst katholisch erzogen worden sind!) raised Roman Catholic. The family didn't have very much money, so Eva wanted to become a model; she sent in (oder: "submitted") photos to a modeling agency, but they said, that she was too short, (habe bei Wikipedia nachgeguckt, da steht es, dass sie eher aufgrund ihrer Größe als ihres Gewichts abgelehnt worden ist, die Kleine ist ja nur knappe 1,57m groß!) so, she decided instead to study Kinesiology. During this time, she won the title of the Miss Corpus Christi.
In 2000, after completing her degree, she landed her first television part, ("part" schon alleine, um die Wiederholung von "role" zu vermeiden) a guest role in the series "Beverly Hills 90210" (Englische Anführungszeichen stehen immer oben!). After playing various other guest roles, she auditioned for the casting of the series "Desperate Housewives" and successfully won the role of a ex-model Gabrielle Solis, with which she became an international superstar. Now, She has now been working in this career since 2000.
