Hi Chloe, "reminder" ist nicht so gaaaanz freundlich, weil es auch für "Mahnung, Mahnbrief" verwendet wird, aber Du könntest "Gentle reminder" schreiben, das wäre dann viel freundlicher im Sinne von "ein sanfter Wink zur Erinnerung". Insgesamt ist die email freundlich genug, das soll sie ja auch sein, nicht?
