Could you please correct the following sentences?

"I'm finished with the translation of the ezines and send you them in enclosure. There are two forms for endings in Russian that's why I used this symbol "/" in the salutation. If you want to greet a woman, please use the first form Уважаемая..." and if you want to greet a man, please use the second one "Уважаемый...". If you write a letter to many people, please write "Уважаемые". Please contact me, if you have any quastion.
My address ist ... As I've already told you, I'm going to R. in the end of the year and I'd like to tell about my great experience at your school."

Aber wann schreibt man schon mal einen Brief an ein Neutrum...) that's why I used this symbol "/" in the salutation.
