1. I have got some good news, the police found the child.
2. I have got just a few moments, because I have much work.
3. The medical evidence are conclusive. Eating disorder is an psychical illnes. Many young girls are suffering Eating disorder.
4. I will offer much fish and cheese but just a few meat.
5. Far too many people are eating fast-food, because they have no time to cook some healthy food.
6. This year there are as much fruit as the farmers earn less money with ist. Many farmers let the fruits on the trees.

1. I have got some good news, the police have found the child. (Ich ziehe hier das Present Perfect vor, obwohl das Past nicht an sich falsch ist. Mit dem Einleitungsteil des Satzes aber wird ja darauf hingewiesen, dass das Auffinden des Kindes gerade eben erst geschehen ist und die inhaltliche Aussage wäre: "Jetzt ist es wieder da!" Also das "finden" liegt zwar in der Vergangenheit, aber das Ergebnis "Kind ist da" liegt als Konsequenz noch vor.)
2. I have only got a few moments/minutes, because I have much/a lot of work to do.
3. The medical evidence is conclusive. Eating disorder is an mental illness. Many young girls are suffering/suffer from it.

6. This year there was so much fruit on the trees that the farmers could only earn little money with ist. Many farmers didn't even pick the fruit from the trees. (Die Konstruktion "as ... as" hast Du hier falsch verwendet. Du nimmst sie, wenn Du Dinge miteinander vergleichst und zu dem Ergebnis kommst, dass sie gleich sind. Also: "My friend is as old as I am." Ich habe nach dem Alter geschaut und siehe: wir sind gleich alt. Wenn Du aber sagen willst: "Da waren so viele Äpfel am Baum, dass..." nimmst Du:"There were so many apples hanging on the tree that...". Da die Erntezeit mittlerweile ja vorbei ist, habe ich das Ganze auch noch in die Vergangenheit gesetzt.)
