bitte um die Korrektur eines Motivationsschreibens

Hallo lieber Leser,
ich habe vor 3 Wochen mein Masterstudium als Quereinsteiger begonnen. Am Freitag erhielt ich Infos über ein Projekt an dem ich gern teilnehmen würde. Das Problem besteht nun darin bis Montag ein Motivationsschreiben in Englisch zu verfassen. Nun hab ich das folgene bereits verfasst und es wäre wahnsinnig toll wenn mal wer drüber schauen könnnt.

Letter of Motivation


Dear Sir or Madam,

I hereby apply for participation and a scholarship on the “
AEC Global Teamwork Project” at Stanford University. The structure and content offered by this project are of great interest to me. I am a dedicated and motivated person and trust I can play an active part of your team. I would like to learn from this international project and hope that I may also contribute my own ideas.

I studied at the University of Applied Sciences Bielefeld “Projekt Management Bau” and got my Bachelor of engineering degree in August 2010. During my first study I gained a lot of experience in working in teams. The aim of this bachelor degree course was to enable the students to manage and lead teams containing all kinds of structural engineers, architects and other companies through all stages of the building process in order to get for the clients the best results in aspects of time, finance and quality. In order to fulfil these goals special focuses in this bachelor degree course were on programming, cost-oriented calculation and communication training.

Since the current semester I started the Master degree course “Management Bau, Immobilien, Infrastruktur” at the Bauhaus University Weimar. I choose this course because I hope to get deeper insight into the economic side of all stages of the building life circle. In order to reach my personal goal the participation in this project as a “life circle manager” would be a big opportunity for me.

I am comfortable in computerised environments to aid and support daily work tasks and I appreciate teamwork as an efficient way of communication and I am open to be exposed to new experiences.
