my text about outsourcing

The cartoon on the left side shows an room with several tables and chairs. It looks like a classroom. On the foremost table on the right side stand two boxes. On the left box stands "In", on the right box stands "out-sourced". In the "out-sourced"-box lie many documents, the other box is empty. The cartoon on the right side shows a father with his daughter in their living room. The father holds a newspaper in the hand and sits on a armchair. He says to her "No, you may not outsource your homework to India". The girl, besides whom a large backpack and homework lies, is offended.
I think that the first picture with the empty room would like to show us that there are many job lesses in the developed countries by the outsourcing. Therefore the right box is full of documents because everyone is interested in it. But there's also more employment opportunities in developing countries like India, China, Mexico etc. The second picture maybe would like to show that customers in developed nations can get annoyed if they find out their personal details are in foreign hands. Another point is the lack of communication between the parent company and the outsourcing partner.
I think outsourcing has many advantages but at the same time it has some disadvantages that cannot be ignored.

Vielleicht etwas genauer?)
