4. In the evening I didn´t take a meal.

6. On Thursday I played squash with my friend.
7. In the evening we looked a movie.
8. On Friday I cleaned my motor-bike.
9. I didn´t looked after my homework.
10. On Saturday I sleeped long.
11. On Sunday I didn´t go to church.

Aus der ersten Übung:

9. I didn't bother about my homework.
Vielleicht bin ich da etwas pingelig, aber "look after" habe ich immer mehr im Sinne von "sich um etwas kümmern = für etwas sorgen" (Hund, Blumen, Babies -> nicht notwendigerweise in der Reihenfolge) verwendet, oder?

So vielleicht?
