I'd like to know how can one strengthen smth in English. For instance, "Ich komme doch nicht", Du kannst das doch nicht machen".

also zunächst kannst Du Dir hier mal verschiedene Möglichkeiten ansehen, allerdings nicht in Sätzen angewendet, das kann manchmal zu Verwirrung führen:

Deine Beispielsätze würde ich so übersetzen:
1. "I can't/won't come after all."
2. "Come on, you can't do that, you know!" (Hier siehst Du, dass es nicht immer bestimmte Wörter sind, die wir für das "doch" verwenden, sondern manchmal ganze Phrasen, um den inhaltlichen Ton des Satzes in die richtige Richtung zu bringen.)

Don't try to translate sentence!
just paraphrase them.
Like "I don't / won't come after all (dude)" or something like that ^^
Just let it flow. Don't think that hard about some specific german terms and try to translate them exactly to English.
In most cases it's not possible.
So just do as I said. Let it flow and it will adapt to the correct phrase it self if you talk to some native speakers
