The question, which has to be answered in this essay is, "Where do I fit into Globalisation 3.0?"

Before I'm going to tell you where I fit in, I'll give you a short explanation what Globalisation 3.0 is. Firstly it's the time after the year 2000, which includes the major usage of the World Wide Web. Regarding this you can expand your horizon like going global as an individuum or meeting new people via Internet and more. Besides new inventions are even affordable for everyone.

I will fit into the trade part of the Globalisation 3.0, because I really would like to improve my engineering and selling skills by going to a university of cooperative education (Berufsakademie).
After I gained my necessary skills, I'm going to help a company improving their financial circumstances.
I'll try to help the company the best way I can, like increasing the number of sales by reducing the costs or improving the performance or quality of the product (depends on the product), which brings them hopefully to a good status. If they got the good status and more money too, they can spend the money on building new factories in countries, where it'S really worthwhile, like Africa, Haiti, etc. in order to reduce poverty in those countries. The workers will even get a reasonable salary, but they have to do a apprenticeship. With new factories in countries all over the world, the company is capable of reaching every kind of human on the earth and the company gives them also a opportunity to find a job.
