I was astound when he told us that he is going to buy a new house. The edifice he is living in seems to be too old to be good enough any longer. In the first moment he obfuscated me. Until yesterday everything was fine with the edifice and now it is too old.
I think the real reason is his neighbour. They really disdain each other and end up in quarrel regulary. Maybe they both need an ablution with some ice water maybe that would cool them down a bit. If you ask him to talk to his neighbour he is very creative coming up with subterfuges of things he have to do or other scheduling problems.
Maybe it is really the better thing if he moves to a new house otherwise the quarrels may end up in a situation where more tangible things are used then just a verbal exchange.
