Both may be correct but I wouldn't use either. Why not say the longest river? Or do you use some other criteria to define size?

Well yes, fair enough but what if one of the rivers is just classified as one of the largest because of its width? Before saying "some of the longest,widest and deepest rivers in Germany" I would just prefer to say "some of the largest rivers in Germany", but that's me
