I don't know how to express this properly

Hello,

I want to write "Ich wäre sehr dankbar, wenn das und das gelingen würde."
But the conditional II, which I nearly chose, expresses that something is unlikely, doesn't it? And I DON'T want to say it's unlikely. So "I would be very grateful, if that would be possible", isn't the right choice, is it?
I really don't have an idea how to express this correctly.

Denn du implizierst ja auch im Deutschen, dass es eine wenn auch nur geringe Chance gibt, dass die Realisierung von "was auch immer" nicht moeglich sein koennte.

Hi Alex,

nein leider nicht, denn das would im 2. Satzteil ist falsch. Du kannst zwar sagen "I would be very grateful in case that was possible" , aber das sagt so niemand.
