Can you help me with this text?

Beitrag von wüddi »

Hallo,

kann mir bitte jemand über diese Texte schauen, ob alles richtig ist so wie ich es geschrieben habe?

1.New for me was the perfect length of the cover letter because I have always thought that it would be okay if a cover letter is more than one page. Surprising for me was that we should call the employer after writing because I did not know that this would increase the chance to get the job. I learned that we should hire a professional writer to check the letter for errors.
In my opinion these tips are very helpful and they can really help you to get the job, so I am going to apply them.

2.New for me was that we should use key points and I learned that white space around the borders and between each section is good because so it’s easier to find things. Surprising to me was that an employer could think that you are a bad communicator if your CV is full of mistakes. Another thing that was new for me is that you should start with the most recent date in your employment history. Surprising to me was the fact that positions you held over 10 years ago are not important. All in all I think that these tips are very important to write a good CV and I will use them in future.

Wäre echt super, wenn mir jemand helfen könnte!

This really surprised me. ( What did you expect? It certainly doesn't make a good first impression. )
