So, habe jetzt ein neues Thema erstellt um mein Kom. reinzusetzen.

Hoffe, es ist okay, also seid nachsichtig mit mir, bin noch ein Newbie ;-)

Hier der Text:
Yes, I agree that teleworking brings a lot of advantages for the employee. Firstly you have a flexible work scheduling and can work whenever you want. In addition you can work whenever you want: for example in a spare bedroom or in a summer house / garden office. And you have also a personal choice to setup your office. Another significant advantage is that the threat of rail strikes, traffic jams, bad weather and delayed work decreases, because you can walk into your private study.

Ich habe jetzt noch zwei Kommentare geschrieben. Hoffentlich kannst du mir auch diesmal behilflich sein, Delfino oder auch gerne jemand anders.

(1) On the one hand teleworking brings a lot of advantages for the employee. Firstly you can schedule your work much more flexibly because you can work whenever and wherever you want, for example in a spare bedroom or in a garden office. Another significant advantage is the removed threat of rail strikes, traffic jams and bad weather to delay work, because you can just walk into your private study to start working.
On the other hand you must have a high level of self-discipline to do the job well. Furthermore, it isolates you from the outside world and you can feel like a prisoner in your own home. But above all one must not forget that it is difficult to separate private life and work life, so it might be hard to switch off at the end of the day.

(2) On the one hand teleworking brings a lot of advantages for the employer. Firstly the employees don´t waste time with lunch breaks or with office talk. Another significant advantage for employer are the savings on office space and other overheads, therefore they can close some branch offices. ( In addition the employer do just the payment according to performance).
On the other hand the company less the face-to-face interaction. Furthermore arise the additional costs for the new office equipment (at home) and technology. But above all one must not forget that with teleworking the employer has no supervision and don´t know how the employee works.

* People eat at home too and they all try to stay in touch with their colleages.
