Bei diesem Satz ( den ich in activ oder passiv oder in beiden stellen soll) häng ich fest:"The Smiths didn´t tell us the truth"

Ich würdes so umstellen: "The truth wasn`t told by the Smiths". Passt es so oder ??

Bei diesem Satz, den ich ins Aktiv oder Passiv oder in beide stellen soll, hänge ich fest: "The Smiths didn't tell us the truth"

Du hast in diesem Satz zwei Objekte, nämlich eines im Dativ (wem? -> "us") und eines im Akkusativ (wen/was -> "the truth")

Ich würde es so umstellen:
"The truth wasn't told us by the Smiths".

Ergänze hier noch das "us", sonst hast Du eines der Objekte weggelassen.

Der Satz könnte auch heißen:
"We weren't told the truth by the Smiths."
