Thank you for the correction.

Hier einige Beispiele:
...

Please send to me when does the course start and end.
Please send me further information about the start and the end of the scheduled courses.

How can he arrive? (tired, well rested, ... / by car, by train, by plane...)
How can he arrive at your institute?
What is the nearest airport / train station / park-and-ride lot in the neighbourhood?

Is this inclusive or should I organize it?
Are travel expenses included or do I need to organize his journey myself?

How is the accommodation?
What kind of accommodation is included?
What kind of accommodation can he expect, and what are the included features?
...
