A brief summary to the theme: Why has Eton produced so many prime ministers?

He attended Eton College. 19 Prime minister came from this school and also the Prime Minister of Thailand visited this school.
But what is so special about this school?
Eton is well known as an educational establishment and it is certainly not the most expensive school or the school with best exams results in Britain.
Palash Dave who went to Eton in the 80´s said: The Kids become an unordinary sense for what is going on the country.
The school puts on individualism and the students are encouraged to live their dream and self responsibility.
A certain amount of different dissents among the students are appreciated.
Nick Fraser who wrote the book: "The Importance of Being Eton" meant that the
success of the school lies in the granting of freedoms to the students.
They will be well-prepared for a life in politics because many of the activities in the school are run by the pupils themselves.
Ticky Hedley-Dent of Tatler Magazine believes that the Estonians' are equipped with special abilities without getting arrogant or lofty.
The author meets Etonians on social occasions and he is charmed by the students of this school.
A good Etonian is gentlemanly and intelligent he said.
The Times newspaper columnist, David Aaronovitch believes that the fuss about the Entonians is a mirage.
Dr. Joe Spence taught at the school from 1987 to 1992 and he is now the head teacher of Dulwich College, believes that Eton has special qualities but in the 80´s and 90´s of the past century there was a touch of defensiveness across this school.
As David Cameron unveiled his front-bench team, Eton was represented with 13 people. Dr. Spence believes that to be an Entonian is not longer a handicap and there is a new confidence in this school.
The Estonian’s are back in the scene.

Thank you very much for your reply.
But I have a question to you: Will the word Prime Minister not written with uppercase?
Because I find the following headline:
New Prime Minister David Cameron says the UK's first coalition in decades marks a "historic and seismic shift" in British politics

Re: Why has Eton produced so many prime ministers?
Soweit ich mich erinnere wird das groß geschrieben, wenn das als Titel verwendet wird oder im direkten Bezug zu der Person steht.
"The new Prime Minister David Cameron... ."
Wohingegen man es sonst klein schreiben kann, wenn es allgemein ist. Bspw.: "The prime minister lives in Downing Street 10."
Allerdings ist es groß geschrieben auch nicht falsch. So wie z. B. CEO voll ausgeschrieben eigentlich auch immer groß geschrieben wird.
