An excuse

Beitrag von andy55 »

Can you help me?

I wanna write an excuse to my teacher with the following content:

Dear Mr....

I am sorry to inform you, that I can not come to our course tommorow.
I should like to earn extra money and so I am on the "GTI Treffen" which takes place from Wednesday to Sunday this week.
I have a request to you: Could you send me an E-Mail to our questions for the test exam?
That would be nice.

And to all my colleagues: Good luck

Next Wednesday we will meet again.

Sincerly

1. Es heisst "want to" nicht wanna
2. Akzeptiert dein Lehrer einen solchen Grund?

I am jobless and so I must take any opportunity to earn money and what you do not know:

I am the only one who visited every course in this semester.
And we are 30 person in the course. On average we are 7-9 persons!!

Now at the moment I draw the dole but even in two months I lose this money too.

And I have four children, two grandchildren who needs my help and my wife is working as a cashier in a part-time job.

And so it is absolutely necessary to take this opportunity.

Andy, you do not have to justify yourself ! I was just wondering whether your teacher will let you get away with this reason. I assume you are paying for the English course? If yes, your teacher has to let you go anyway, because it is your own responsibility to attend the course or not. So please do not feel forced to justify yourself, okay? I was merely asking ;) .

Yes I pay for the course and in our situation it is a lot of money.
And you are absolutely right, it is up to me.

I understand you, no offense.
