I'm going to do my A-Levels by attending (adult) evening classes.
English is my 4th subject and I need to talk a lot!
My biggest problem is not the English grammar but rather remembering the vocabulary.
Does anyone has an idea how I can improve my skills in this area?
I already read a lot of books in English, but I don't seem to get better...

I'd say:
school leaving examinations = Abschlußprüfungen
final examination = Abschlußprüfung
A-levels ~ Abitur
high-school graduation ~ Abitur
graduation = Abschluß...
high-school leaving certificate => das Dokument
But I am sure we can find a better expression.
In regard to your sentence: I would use evening classes.
But maybe I got it wrong?
A personal question: What are you going to study?
