Pro
the most of the people can say their opinion in the internet
the people can inform his/her better about the politician
important to bye something

Contra
not all people have the money to get internet
the people lost their personality,because the internet can be controlling by the government

The Internet is a all-around institution at the world. Many people have the Chance to get internet. The internet is important to take more information about the world situation or some personal themes.
Bur,is it a democratic part? I think this is a very different question. On the one hand many people can say their opinion about a special thing in some forums in the world wide web, but not all of the people in the world have this chance. Also is it good to inform the human about the political situation or about some politician party before the votes. The internet had been a important source for the people to bye something or to get information. But the people lost their individual personality because the internet can easy control from the regime. Some bad people can get some personal information from any people to get bad thinks against the person.
So I think,that the internet isn't indispensable from our community, but the internet is a real good democratic part to assist the freedom of opinion of the hole people.
