ing oder nicht ing-Form

HI IHR LIEBEN
ich tu mich ganz schwer mit der ING-Form besonders in der Zukunftsform.
könnte jemand mal drüber schauen, ob ich die Aufgaben richtig gemacht habe?

Bei Aufgabe C, sollte ich Personen und ihre Handlungen beschreiben. Indem Moment und was sie Morgen fest geplant haben. Mit der ING- Form in der Zukunft tu ich mich ganz schwer.

EXERCISE C:

1: Pete is phoning the theatre box office right now but tomorrow he’s going to the Peter Pan Show.

2: At the moment Katrin is practising a presentation in her office but later she’s relaxing with a coffee and music.

3: John is packing his suitcase at home because tomorrow he’s being away on business.

4: Now Claire and Amandine are making sandwiches in the kitchen but tomorrow they’re going to swim.

5: Sally is phoning a restaurant, because tomorrow she’s eating with her boyfriend there.

6: Helen is checking train times on the internet, because tomorrow she’s travelling to the USA.

7: Bob is buying food at the supermarket. Tomorrow he`s cooking a fantastic meal for his friends.


Bei der Aufgabe D, sollte ich nur ein Dialog aufschreiben, wie Tom mit John über die Wochenpläne sprechen. Hier war wieder mein Problem mit der Grammatik. (ing oder niocht ing)
EXERCISE D:

TOM: Hi John. How are you?

JOHN: I’m very fine and you?

TOM: I’m fine too. John what are you doing at the weekend?

JOHN: I really don’t know. Now I’m working so hard, it’s stressful and I thought we could have a drink in the Sky Bar.

TOM: Oh no, I planned to dancing in a disco. Now we can have a drink too.
At the moment, I`m writing something. Later we can have a coffee and talking about our weekend.

JOHN: That’s a great idea. Now I´m writing something too and later I`m chatting with my boss.
What’s about 4 O’clock?

TOM: That’s a good time. Then we’re having enough time for talking.

JOHN: I’m awaiting you at 4 o’clock in my office.

TOM: Ok. Can you call Laura please; perhaps she wants to come with us.

JOHN: No, she can’t she`s visiting her grandma at the weekend.

TOM: And what’s about Marc and Sara?

JOHN: They are going on a football match.

TOM: Ok, than see you later.

Hi Sabrinar,

ich möchte eigentlich gerne mal versuchen, das Problem anders anzugehen. Nämlich nicht einfach Deine Sätze zu korrigieren und damit gut, sondern Dir zu erklären, worum es grammatisch hier geht. Und dann kannst Du - im besten Fall - Deine Aufgaben selbst verbessern.

Also, Du weißt, dass es im Englischen die Verlaufsform (Progressive Form) gibt. Mit ihr wird in allen Zeiten ausgedrückt, dass eine Handlung gerade abläuft (abgelaufen ist, ablief, abgelaufen war, ablaufen wird usw.)

Diese Progressive Form wird gebildet mit
1. einer Form von "be", die die Zeit angibt (am, was, have been usw.) und
2. dem Partizip Präsens, das ist die -ing Form des Verbs, also an das Verb wird die Endung -ing drangehängt.

Jetzt gibt es die Besonderheit, dass die Progressive Form des Präsens (Verlaufsform der Gegenwart) auch eingesetzt werden kann, um eine für die nahe Zukunft fest geplante Handlung zu beschreiben.

ALSO:
Wenn Du schreibst:

"I am flying to Rome."

kann das zweierlei bedeuten:

a) Du fliegst gerade im Moment nach Rom, sitzt also im Flugzeug auf dem Weg nach Süden, oder
b) Du hast ganz sicher vor, in der nächsten Zeit nach Rom zu fliegen, hast sozusagen schon das Ticket in der Tasche.

Welche der beiden Möglichkeiten jeweils gemeint ist, erschließt sich aus dem Zusammenhang. Aber ausgedrückt werden die Möglichkeiten identisch.

ich glaube ich habe es verstanden.
also present progressiv war klar.
bei den futur sätzen habe ich das goint to vergessen.
ich habe es noch mal verbessert.
kannst du mir sagen, ob ich es nun richtig verstanden habe?

Hallo Sabrinar,

jetzt bin ich selbst verwirrt, weil ich Deine Aufgabenstellung nicht genau kenne. Also das Problem liegt darin, dass es im Englischen verschiedene Möglichkeiten gibt, über die Zukunft und was man dann tun will zu sprechen.

1. will-future (will + Infinitiv)
2. Present Progressive (be + ing-Form)
3. going to-future (be + going to + Infinitiv)
4. Simple Present (in Ausnahmefällen).

So, wie ich Deine Aufgabe verstanden habe, müßte in beiden Teilen des jeweiligen Satzes das Present Progressive stehen. Nämlich

1. als Ausdruck dafür, dass jemand etwas gerade im Moment tut und
2. als Ausdruck dafür, dass jemand etwas fest für die nahe Zukunft geplant hat.

Inwieweit waren Euch die Sätze vorgegeben? Solltet Ihr nur die Form des Verbs einsetzen? Oder solltet Ihr selber entscheiden, welche Möglichkeit des Futur (s.o.) Ihr verwenden müßt?

Dann, vermute ich, müßte es so aussehen:

"Pete is phoning the theatre box office now but tomorrow he is seeing the Peter Pan Show."

(Ein Satz allerdings, den ich persönlich im Englischen so nicht sagen würde, aber wenn er Euch so vorgegeben ist, kann man nichts ändern.)

Es tut mir leid, dass ich etwas rumrate, aber ich weiß ja nicht, was Ihr im Moment gerade durchnehmt und was demnach genau von Euch gefordert ist. Wenn Du dazu nochmal genauere Angaben machen könntest?
(Das ist ja eine richtig komplizierte Sache...)

also die Aufgabe heisst:
Schreiben sie noch zu dem Satz, was die Personen Morgen fest vorhaben.
Vorgegeben wird der Satz: Pete is phoning the thatre box office and tomorrow he is.....

also ich soll den satz ergänzen, mit dem was er morgen tut.
In dem Aufgabenheft, wird erklärt, dass man das Present Progressiv auch für fest gelegte Zukunftshandlungen benutzen kann. Signalwörter sind: tonight, tomorrow, next week etc.

Ein Beispiel Satz aus dem Heft:
Right now I'm working in the office with Jane.
Tomorrow we're going for a walk along the beach.

ALSO DEMNACH waren doch meine Sätze im ersten Beitrag doch richtig?!

Hi Sabrinar, ich wollte auch gar nicht sagen, dass Deine ersten Sätze alle falsch waren, sondern Dich eigentlich nur ermuntern, die Grammatik, die dahinter steht, zu verstehen. Jetzt sehe ich die Sätze nochmal durch, OK?

1: Pete is phoning the theatre box office and tomorrow he’s going to the Peter Pan Show. (Wenn Du das Present Progressive nimmst, können die Zusätze "right now, at the moment" usw. weggelassen werden)

2: At the moment Katrin is practising a presentation in her office and later she’s relaxing with a coffee and music.

3: John is packing his suitcase at home because tomorrow he’s going away on business. ("be" wird nur ganz selten in der Verlaufsform verwendet)

4: Now Claire and Amandine are making sandwiches in the kitchen but tomorrow they’re going swimming. ("go swimming" hat nichts mit der Zeitform zu tun, sondern ist ein stehender Ausdruck)

5: Sally is phoning a restaurant, because tomorrow she’s eating there with her boyfriend.

6: Helen is checking train times on the internet, because tomorrow she’s travelling to the USA.

7: Bob is buying food at the supermarket. Tomorrow he's cooking a fantastic meal for his friends.
