Verbesserungsvorschläge?

Hallo!
ich schrieb soeben meine erste mediation....bin mir aber, was die Syntax und Grammatik angeht, sehr sehr unsicher!
Würdest du bitte mal drüberlesen und mir Tipps zur Verbesserung geben!?

The newspaper article “forum for young brands“ was published on 20th January,2010 in the Berliner Zeitung.
The text deals with the growing fashionscene in Berlin, which don`t have to be in the shadow of other international fashion-citys anymore.
This positive development is to owe to designers, vogue-exhibitions and fashion centres.
One of these centres, called “Label 1“, was founded 2006 in an old building in the near of the river Spree in a very creative neighbourhood with located well-known brands.
This region is named Mediaspree.
In contrast to the elegant fashion of Label 1, in the new buildings of mediaspree will be established the“Labels Berlin Osthafen 2“soon, where young brands and streetwear can find a forum.
The final project will be the fashion center “Label3“, where the customers can find bars, restaurants and partys.

The text deals with the growing importance of the fashion scene in Berlin, which does not have to take a back seat to other international fashion-cities anymore.
This positive development is due to designers, vogue-exhibitions and fashion centres.
One of these centres, called “Label 1“, was founded in 2006. It is located in an old building in the near of the river Spree in the very creative neighbourhood of a number of resident well-known brands.
This region is called Mediaspree.
In contrast to the elegant fashion of Label 1, the “Labels Berlin Osthafen 2“ will be established in the new buildings of Mediaspree soon. Here young brands and streetwear will find a forum.
The final project will be the fashion centre “Label3“, in which customers will be able to find bars and restaurants and where there will be fashionable parties.

Guter Text , allerdings solltest Du den Titel des Artikels nicht übersetzen, bzw. nur in Klammern dahinter. Von Mode weiß ich nichts und wie die einzelnen Labels heißen, ist mir unbekannt, also inhaltlich habe ich nicht korrigieren können.
