Hi,
mein Anliegen ist mir etwas peinlich aber trotzdem würde ich mich gerne an euch wenden.
Ich habe mich an der Uni für einen englischen Immobilien-Kurs eingeschrieben und muss dazu einen 3000 Wörter Bericht schreiben.

Die Aufgabe lautet wie folgt:

The project is based on a case study and involves students carrying out some original research, designing a methodology to research into real estate investment trusts, analysing findings and designing a programme for action. You are to identify and examine a selection of REITs and explain the factors driving the emergence of these vehicles.

For this purpose you are required to undertake a brief study of a chosen REIT or REITS management organisation or organisations. This should involve questionnaire interviews where possible with relevant actors in the area. As a guide you must include a description of factors considered when investment decisions are made and evaluate the importance of REITs as a choice to the investor. You should also identify the main attractive features considered by property investors. Your answer should be in a report form, approximately 3000 words, concise, focused and demonstrating a clear line of argument and familiarity with the relevant literature and market events.

Vermutlich habe ich einen Brett vorm Kopf aber ich verstehe grad die Aufgabenstellung nicht ganz.

REIT's sind Kapitalgesellschaften die in Immobilien investieren.
Soll ich nun die Frage klären, weshalb Investoren in REITS investieren oder wie REITS das Geld der Investoren einsetzt.
