In the scene Mr. Mc Allister talks to his collegue Mr. Keating to pass a remark on his lesson.
The camera-man uses middle-shot and eye-level to show the main persons speaking. Besides he is focussing only on the two teachers, the background is blurred, because it is not important for this talk between the teachers.
After a short discussion Mr. Keating mentioned that Mr. Mc Allister is kind of cynic. The camera- man directly focussing on Mr. Mc Allister by using close-up to show his reaction on that insult.
After that the camera-man is always focusiing on the teacher, who is speaking, in turns.

wenn Du noch ein wenig Zeit vor der Klausur hast, schau doch auch noch mal hier, um ein wenig sicherer mit der Terminologie zu werden - nicht, dass Du Fehler gemacht hättest, aber auswendig gelernte Phrasen helfen Dir beim Schreiben, nicht?
