my name is … and I’m studying Business Administration at the LMU and Psychology at Fernuniversity Hagen. I would like to take part in the seminar because I am really interested in HRM and I want to specialize in these topics. Especially the topic “Firms and employees in the midst of Creative Destruction: Lessons from theoretical and empirical literature” piques my curiosity. With changing markets and increasing competition our society is a witness of Creative Destruction. I want to know more about the affection of human beings like employees and how it’s related to productivity. Besides, I’m also interested in the influence on workplace satisfaction and happiness.
After attending Empirische Anwendungen der Personalökonomik last semester, I knew that I want to write my bachelor thesis at the Chair (Lehrstuhl?) of professor …
All in all my skills, interests and focus (Schwerpunkt?) fits to the seminar and I hope I can take part in it to have the possibility to write my bachelor thesis and to finish my studies on time .
