Globalization
The definition of globalization is a difficult one.
It means on the one hand for example the outsourcing of jobs in countries where it is able to produce for less costs.
On the other hand it means to buy products for cheap prices. Moreover, it is standing for policy issues which exceed country frontiers for example the distribution of resources such water and oil.
Positive and negative points should be at balance, that requires a responsible behavior of ( by ) nations. Especially, countries with policy power like the USA and China used to be faced with it.
Globalization is an economically-advantageous for nations which make profit by it. It is a typical character of capitalism. Nokia, a Swedish mobile phone producer outsourced its company from Germany to Romania due to cheap conditions. German employees became out of work despite of massive protest. Nevertheless, there are also positive views e.g. for consumer in Germany who purchase rice or textiles from poor nations like Indonesia or Thailand.

Globalization
Globalization is not easy to define.
On the one hand, it means the outsourcing of jobs to countries where production is cheaper.
On the other hand, it means buying products for low prices. Moreover, it stands for policy issues which cross country frontiers for example the distribution of resources such as water and oil or environment protection.
Positive and negative side effects should balance each other for all countries.
This requires responsible behavior, especially of those countries with an immense political and economical power like the USA and China.
Globalization isaneconomically advantageous for nations which make high profits by it. It is a typical phenomenon of capitalism and as such seldom concerns itself with social hardships and injustice, but is ruled purely by economic considerations. Nokia, a Swedish mobile phone producer, outsourced its company from Germany to Romania because of "better" production conditions. German employees were laid off despite massive protests and despite the fact that Nokia had been heavily subsidised by the German government. Nevertheless, there are also positive effects of globalization, e.g. for consumers in Germany, who purchase rice or clothes from poor countries like Indonesia or Thailand.
