könnte mir jemand bitte diesen Text kurz durchlesen?

On the vertical axes you can see the month from January until December and on the left horizontal axes you see the condensation in mm and on the right horizontal axes the temperature in grad!
At first i begin with the temperature line.
At the beginning of the year the graph reached a low level with minus 5 degrees.
From January until Februar there is a steady grow up to minus 2 degrees.
From Februar to Juni there is a dramatic rise to 25 degrees. Frome June to August the temperature is nearly constant at a level from 25 degrees.
The next 4 month the temperature falls down to minus 2 degrees.

The blue area shows the condensation in mm.
From January to March there is a steady grow from 3 mm up to 10 mm.
The Next Month there is a dramatic rise up to 30 mm condensation.
From April to Mai the condensation is constant.
From Mai to the middle of June there is a dramatic rise up to100 mm. Till August the condensation increase steadily. There it reaches a peak with 200 mm condensation.
From august until the middle of September there is an increase to 100 mm .
From the middle September to the end of September there is a dramatic fall to 50mm.
The next 2 month the Condensation decline to 10 mm.
At Dezember the graph reach a low up to 5mm

Hier sind nur die Zeilen, wo ich Korrekturen gemacht habe, damit du sie besser findest.

From February (Februar) to June (Juni) there is a dramatic rise to 25 degrees.
The next 4 months (month) the temperature falls down to minus 2 degrees.

From Mai to the middle of June there is a dramatic rise up to (Abstand) 100 mm.
From August (august) until the middle of September there is an increase to 100 mm. (Punkt näher rücken)
From the middle September to the end of September there is a dramatic fall to 50 (Abstand) mm.
The next 2 months (month) the condensation (Condensation) decline to 10 mm.
At December (Dezember) the graph reach a low up to 5mm

Vielleicht schaut es noch jemand an.

On the vertical (Clive, ich bin echt kein Experte, aber ist die x-Achse nicht die "horizontal" Achse? Lache ruhig, wenn ich unrecht habe, aber...?) axis the months from January until December are indicated and on the left horizontal vertical (s.o. ??) axis you see the condensation in mm and on the right horizontal/vertical?? axis the temperature in Grad ( = degree Celsius)!

@joy Schöne Vorarbeit, aber weil Du ja nicht farbig korrigieren kannst, habe ich den "unbehandelten" Text von Clive genommen.
