Brauche Hilfe für einen Brief auf Englisch!!

Hallo,
ich würde gerne an einen Händler aus China einen Brief auf English verfassen, nun weiß ich nicht ob ich Ihn so verschicken kann. Ich habe hier als erstes, den Brief in deutsch hingeschrieben und darunter den in Englisch, ich würde mich freuen wenn Ihr mir sagen könnt ob ich den Brief in Englisch so verschicken kann.

Ich hatte vor kurzer Zeit in Ihrer Ebay Auktion eine Armbanduhr gekauft.
Mit dieser bin ich leider nicht einverstanden da sie sehr muffig riecht.
Bitte senden sie mir eine Uhr zu die nicht stinkt.

After production some chemicals emit fumes (this can be normal)
which are not allowed to discharge during transport.

Cultural differences can be another problem.
In China the smell of your product may not be perceived badly.

i am not sure about it but i have been told that

"To whom it concerns" is the more often used phrase if you do not now a name instead of the old fashioned "Dear Sir or Madam".

But do not translate "To whom it concerns" with "wen es interessiert" it is more like "An den zuständigen Sachbearbeiter / Abteilung".

Dear Sir or Madam is not at all old-fashioned eeboot, so whoever told you that is wrong. It is correct that you can use "to whom it may concern" but it is mainly used for e-mails these days or for general letters to big companies. If I was to write a letter to my energy utility provider I would either use "Dear Sir or Madam" or "To whom it may concern".
