Ich würde mich freuen.
One of my friends has been working in an old people’s home for 10 years.
She is sad about the fact that the nursing staff and the old people reach their limits because of staff shortage.
Unfortunately, in many homes the daily life is so strictly structured for the residents and staff that there is only seldom any time left for conversations, walks or something similar.
Quite a lot of nurses are burned-out and are suffering from not being able to fulfil the demands of the old people.
