Hey Leute, hab hier n kleinen Aussatz über das Thema Wohngemeinschaft, den ich warscheinlich Freitag in der English Klausur schreiben muss und es wäre sehr cool wenn ihr mögliche Fehler findet oder Verbesserungen habt, vor allem beim Ausdruck da bin ich nicht so gut drin! Besten Dank schonmal!!!!

Sharing a flat

Some people decide to live together with other ones in a flat.
The most common reason is to divide the costs or the people want to get to know new friends.
But if you share your flat with other ones there´re a lot of advantages and disadvantages to think about.

For example you have always company and must consider these people. In addition you have no privacy and it could be have problems to invite people.
But on the other hand you save money because you share costs. You can get a better and bigger flat and you´re never alone.
Furthermore you can live in a nicer part of town. Often there is more free time to keep house together.

In my opinion it is a good case to share your flat with other people. It could be funny and i like to have company.

Sometimes people decide to live together with others in one flat. The most common reasons are
to reduce the individual accommodation costs and to get to know new people, foreign customs or foreign languages.
There are a lot of advantages and disadvantages to consider before you decide to share a flat with others.

For example, you will nearly always have company and therefore are expected to act considerate towards these people.
In addition, you will have substantially less or nearly no privacy. So the unscheduled invitation of other people can create problems too.
On the other hand you can save a certain amount of money because the overall rental costs are divided by the number of residents
and you could share the cost for additional household articles too. Furthermore, you can afford to live in a better equipped and better located flat
than by living on your own. So you can save costs and time for commuting by living in a different part of the town.
By sharing responsibilities with your flatmates you can even try to reduce the time for regular housework.

In my opinion, it is a good idea to share your flat with other people. It could be fun and I like to have some company.
