kann das mal jemand durchgucken bitte ? (besonders auf Zeitformen achten ! )

In the early evening we decided to take a walk down to the harbour to watch the island ferry come in. It was still fine and sunny, but by now a cool wind was blowing in from the sea, making the temperature very pleasant. We were walking past the little cafe where we had lunch a few hours before, when I realized that I had forgotten to bring my camera.

das war nett gemeint, aber leider sind Deine Anmerkungen beide nicht richtig:

Im ersten Fall änderst Du den Inhalt des Satzes, es war nämlich keineswegs windig und kalt, sondern die Brise machte die Temperatur angenehm. Grammatisch gesehen ist außerdem das Adverb "coldly" an dieser Stelle falsch, da hier ein Adjektiv stehen müsste:"windy and cold".

Im zweiten Fall war die ursprüngliche Zeitform richtig: zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt bemerkte (Past Tense) er/sie, dass er/sie (vorher) die Kamera vergessen hatte (Past Perfect Tense), also nicht dabei hatte.

Hi , alles prima bis auf das Past Perfect, das meiner Meinung nach da hingehört, weil das Mittagessen zeitlich vor dem abendlichen Spaziergang lag.
