The poem "........" by .... is very powerful and meaningful.
Because of the many comparisons and methaphors the poem effects very agile and the reader can vividly imagine the course of events. ( Stanza 1 ll. ).
Furthermore there are many adjectives which emphasise the atmosphere of the poem.
Therefore there is no doubt about it that the author conveys the feelings, but very informel as well as stylized ( Stanza 2 ll. ).
However it is not as simple as it seems. For example Stanza 1 is in complete contradiction to Stanza 2, but I can completely reproduce the situation.
But first of all I think he wants to deliver insight into his thoughts and that's managed him.
Another aspekt is that he speaks very withdrawn but also with a lot of feeling and because of this I think the poem causes us to feel a sense indecisiveness, but it should also put the reader into a thoughtful and contemplative mood.
Additionally the poem is very short and so it is difficult to give many information in just some sentences. That's the reason why it's arduous to understand the meaning while fisrt reading.
In my opinion the poem is even with many codification very felicitous and exactly beacuse it's short ,the power of persuasion and the information
are very powerful and good mediated. For instance l. .. " ..... ". There the message is pretty strong and it's easy to imagine the whole situation.
Although the poem is usually not among to the kind of poems I like I must admit that I really like it, because of the many images.
Other than in the poem " the hand that signed the paper" by Dylan Thomas it's not really clear what he wants to say. So I should like to repeat once again that the many metaphor are very significant.
In summing up it can be said that the author shows us to different aspects and try to compare them. Moreover there are many opposites. But Opposites attract.
