hey Leute,
ich muss 3 fragen beantworten für einen Auslandsaufenthalt im Ausland nächstes Jahr. Ich hab die Antworten bereits formuliert, allerdings bin ich unsicher, ob ich das so abschicken kann, vlt. kann mir jemand helfen...

No, I do not live on a farm. Nevertheless I own a horse I am responsible for. Hence it is part of my daily routine to care for its welfare and to tidy his stable. Consequential I am used to hard manual work and the dealing with animals.

My purpose for the future is to study Anglistics as Iam very interested in the English language and literature. Post-graduate I intend to take up the profession of an editor to combine my to interests language and literature in one occupation. I am convinced, this programme and my stay abroad will help me to understand and to command the English language better.

My ideal placement would be Dublin to get to know the capital of Ireland. Moreover I would be very interested in visiting some sights and to see the hometown of important writers. Anyway I will be glad to be in Ireland no matter wehere I will be placed.

No, I do not live on a farm. But I own a horse for which I am responsible for. So it is part of my daily routine to care for its welfare and to tidy his stable (Entweder "its", oder "his". Da es leicht als "male" oder "female" einzuordnen ist, kannst Du "his" sagen. Aber mischen darfst Du nicht). As an extra bonus I am used to hard manual work and the dealing with animals.

My plan for the future is to study anglistics because I am very interested in both the English language and literature. (Bei "anglistics" habe ich nachgeguckt und siehe: nur das Adjektiv wird groß geschrieben!) After the graduation I would like to become an editor in order to combine my to interests language and literature in one occupation. I am convinced, this programme and my staying abroad will help me to improve my command the English language better.

My first choice would be to be sent to Dublin to explore and get to know the capital of Ireland. Moreover I would be happy to visit the sights and to see the hometown of important writers. But to be honest I will be glad to be in Ireland no matter wehere you will place me.

Das ist ganz prima, ich habe nur als Vorschläge die etwas "steifen" Formulierungen ausgetauscht. Natürlich kann man nicht Slang schreiben, aber insgesamt - da es sich ja nicht um einen Brief an die Queen handelt - muss es auch nicht zu formell sein.
