Hallo,

Ich habe ein kleines problem ich muss am Montag meine Eurokom halten und mein Englisch ist nicht so wirklich klasse.
Also besser gesagt meine Grammatik ist miserabel.Hab eine 4 gehabt letztes jahr. Also es wäre seeeeeehr seeeeeeehr lieb von euch meine Eurokom zu verbessern :)

The first cocoa tree was grown 600 after christus. At that time was the cocoa bean already very popular by the people. Not everyone was able to buy the cocoa bean as it then was very expensive. Usually they made her drink from it. They took cold water and mixed it with the small cocoa bean. At that time, women and children were not aware of this drink as many people said that this drink is had the same effect like drugs. A good example that shows what this little bean costs. You can buy your own slave for 100 cocoa bean. It was very costly.

The cocoa bean comes to Europe
It was until 1528 where the cocoa tree was brought from Spain to Europe. But they became popular as the cocoa drink was sweetened with sugar and honey. In the 18/19 century was the chocolate in big volume sold. At the start from the sale from chocolate, was the chocolate very expensive and only rich people were able to buy chocolate. But it was not long until the chocolate to were a mass product. Later it was sold in chemist that the people get better.

From cocoatree to chocolate
The cocoatree grows between 4 and 15 meters. This grows however only in equator countries and and even today the whole operation is done by hand. At the harvest get the fruits beans from the trees and later get the seeds and the fruit meat from Banana leaves covered. Now the maturing procedure begins. In this time the cocoabean dries and gets its typical taste. At last get die beans in die sun and dry.
Further processing
At temperatures of 100 and 160 °C get the cocoabeans roasting and in a mill crushed. After they were crushed, they take out the shells. And the rest is the “Kakaobruch”. And at last, the Mill crushed the “Kakaobruch” alone. When they are ready can you see a dark brown mass

Chocolate sorts

There are many sorts, form, flavor from chocolate. The most famous chocolate sorts are bitter chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate. There are also other varieties of chocolate but these are usually more expensive as they are processed as praline.
White chocolate:
It is more expensive than regular chocolate. It is not tenable as long as the other sorts.
Milk chocolate:
It is the best selling chocolate. From this chocolate are Santa Claus or the easter bunny made.
Bitter chocolate:
It has a high cocoashare. It was the first chocolate was invented.
Tips for cooking and baking with chocolate

• Cut chocolate into small pieces
• Using a water bath with a glass bowl to controle that the water not cook.
• The bowl in which the melted chocolate will not cover because the chocolate goes kaput.
• Milk chocolate and white chocolate look more particular attention because they burn faster.

Chocolate products

No matter what for a season it is, you can always buy the chocolate. At the wintertime is it the Santa Claus of chocolate and in spring it is the Easter bunny made of chocolate. There is chocolate in any form. You can by a normal chocolate or as a milkshake. Some people do chocolate on his body and call it art. The name of that art are body painting. Whit chocolate can you make every think. At this photo can you see many of chocolates products.
