representative´s question ? Wie geht das ?

hätte mal eine Frage :
Wie bildet man representative Fragen ?

z.b für den Satz --> why he and his wife didn´t like the food .

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen .

Ich weiss nicht ganz, was du mit representativen Fragen meinst?

deswegen frag ich ja

Ein Beispielsatz ist das hier :

if he told the hotel manager about the dirty room and the bad food

representative question ( in deutsch : vetretende Frage )
--> Did he told the hotel manager about the dirty room and the bad food.

Kennt sich keiner damit aus ?

Dein englischer Satz ist inkorrekt:

Did he tell the hotel manager about the dirty room and the bad food.

Und sorry, ich habe ach wie vor keine Ahnung, was du meinst. Hast du Quellenangaben?

Dein Beispiel sah für mich einfach nach Passiv aus..meinst du vielleicht das?

Theoretisch ja, scarlet, dann hiesse sein Beispiel aber:

If he had told the hotel manager about the dirty room and the bad food (hier fehlt der Rest.)

Representative question ( in deutsch : vetretende Frage)
--> Did he tell the hotel manager about the dirty room and the bad food.

Dass er das Passiv sucht, waere also moeglich, aber er soll ja aus seinem Beispiel eine Frage formen, wenn ich das richtig verstehe.

Was mich irritiert ist, dass sowohl sein Beispielssatz, als auch seine vorgeschlagene representative question falsch sind, daher weiss ich nicht, wo ich ansetzen soll.
