Verb: to gratin

Hi :
I want to know the conjugation of this verb

To gratin: is a widely-used culinary technique in food preparation in which an ingredient is topped with a browned crust, often using breadcrumbs, grated cheese, egg and/or butter.

I don´t know if it is a regular verb or not. Thanks.

Where did you find the definition of this verb? I have not heard of it before. I know "au gratin" or "gratiné" - both commonly used terms in gastronomy.
