"No record company IS involved in this product"?

Beitrag von nilss »

I need a little help for just one short sentence (for a sticker / button).

Could anyone please tell me ... if possible a native speaker ...
which of the sentences is correct. (?)

1) "No record company is involved in this product."?

or

2) "No record company involved in this product."?
(Without "is")
- - - - - - -

Best

Nils

P.S.: Would be great when you post a little 'hint' concerning your
knowlegde (native speaker / studied english?) at your reply.

Both is possible.

The first sentence is grammatically correct, the second sentence is more like a typical short advert sentence.

About me:
I studied English, my partner is English and I have been living in England for a couple of years.

I agree with Keswick. The second one is rather marketing-lingo, but works just as well.

PS: Why would you like to know our knowledge of English? I don't think it's necessary to send you my birth certificate, uni-diploma and CV... or am I mistaken?
