He is working for me as a waiter since april 2006. To this day he always proved himself with excellent work morale. The main tasks [NAME] has to complete are cleaning tables, filling drinks dispensers and renting pedalos. In doing so he stands out by working on his own and being very courteous at dealing with customers.

I would highly recommend [NAME] for a position with your organization.

Das nehm ich mal alles an. Allerdings ist work morale glaube ich ein feststehender Begriff.

Morale ist als Arbeitsmoral verwendbar, oder working morale oder employee morale. Work morale kam mir bisher noch nie unter.
