We recently interviewed three candidates for this position.
We have decided to appoint ***.
I will briefly describe the candidate's strengths and explain the reasons for our decision our first candidate was *** her strengths was that he have the best sales results of her team and a very strong personality her
weaknesses was that she was sometimes appeared and aggressive during the interview and don't visit the university.
The second candidate was *** her strengths was that he speaks fluent German, English and Polish and
have a University degree her weaknesses are that her sales results have only been satisfactory and didn't have many
ideas about the future of the company.
Our last candidate was *** his strengths are that he have a University degree and work as Regional
Manager for the south of Poland so he have experience in high positions and he speaks fluent Polish and English the
only weaknesses he have is that he is not creative but that’s ok because he is happy to get ideas from the creative
members of a team.
This strengths and weaknesses of our candidates was the reason why we choose *** we think he have the best
qualification for this position.
