ich hoffe, irgend jemand kann mir helfen; ich muss das bis heute abend verstehen, kanns aber leider nicht übersetzen (sind nur auszüge):

3. I agree to the terms above in exchange for photographers’ credentials to the performance detailed above.

1. Ersuchte Verwendung von Fotos.
2. Der Genehmigung von Vector Management folgend, duerfen Fotos nur wie oben beschrieben verwendet werden
3. Im Austausch mit der Legitimation des Fotografen ueber die oben beschriebene Vorfuehrung, stimme ich den Bedingungen zu.

Also der letzte Satz macht in meinen Ohren weder im Englischen noch im Deutschen viel Sinn. Aber ich bin auch kein Experte was Bedingungen und Co angeht.
