Diana often goes to the Notting Gate Carnival which was first organized by people who had come from India. For five days in July there is music and dancing in the streets. At the last carnival Diana helped her friends to make a hot dog stand. She had a job at a snack bar where hamburgers were sold. She was sending a text message when four men came. They were very loud and unfriendly. Diana felt angry. One man broke some glasses, and the situation became dangerous, but then more people arrived. They were wearing dirty T-shirts. The four men looked very proud, and Diana was able to make a phone call for help.
