The first, the last, the only, ......

Guten Tag!
Und zwar hätte ich da eine Frage zu meinen Hausaufgaben.
Die Aufgabe lautet:
Underline the parts that can be replaced with an infinitive structure and rewrite the sentences.

1. Will der last person who leaves the room please turn off the lights?

2. The worst thing that you could do in an emergency is panic.

Mir ist jetzt nicht so richtig klar was ich mit diesen Sätzen machen soll.
Würde mich freuen, mir jemand diese zwei Beispiele lösen würde damit ich ein Bild davon habe wie ich weitermachen muss.

Den ersten Satz weiß ich nicht. Seit wann ist „der“ ein englisches Wort?
