hallo zusammen,
auf grund meiner englisch-schwäche bitte ich euch kurz um hilfe.
ich musste ein kurzes antwortschreiben für eine reklamation auf englisch schreiben.
jetzt hab ich das soweit getan und wollte kurz darum bitten, dass da villeicht jemand kurz drüber schaut, vorallem was grammatik angeht.

Yesterday we immediately checked the water valves, because there are in general very reliable. Unfortunately we had not found any malfunction on it. For these reason we can´t accept your complaint.
We will indicate you, that the cause of malfunction from this valves always are wrong assembling.
As written in the assembly instruction it is very important that the valve is mounted right. To mount the valve right, the arrow must pointed into the direction of the water flow. If it is mounted in the wrong direction it does not close automatically

Okay, ähm. Ihr habt sofort die wasserventile überfprüft, weil die normalerweise sehr zuverlässig sind ??? Warum prüft man das zuerst was sehr zuverlässig ist ? Nunja:
