Indirekte Rede - ein paar Fragen dazu

Hallo,
wir schreiben morgen einen Englischkurztest über Indirekte Rede (Aussagesätze und Fragesätze), das meiste kann ich auch schon, doch ein paar Fragen habe ich trotzdem dazu.

1. Wie heißt folgender Satz in Indirekte Rede?
"You needn't pay for it, but I'm sure there will be some trouble then," he told me.

Meine bisherige Lösung:
He told me, that I needn’t pay for it, but he was sure there would be some trouble then

Ich habe das Gefühl, das need fehl am Platz ist, ist das der einzigste Fehler und ist sonst der Satz richtig?

2. Wie funktioniert das mit dem Komma?

3. He said: "Do you know that the shoes you are wearing are not pair?
Meine Lösung:
He said if you knew that the shoes I was wearing are not a pair.

4."Are you ill or do you have sorrows?" I asked her.
Meine Lösung:
I asked her if she was ill or she do had sorrows.

Das war's erstmal.
Ich hoffe, das sind nicht grad die schwersten indirekte Redesätze die es gibt.

Needn't ist gut. Du könntest aber auch didn't need to oder didn't have to gebrauchen.

2. Wie funktioniert das mit dem Komma?

Nach He told me, ohne.

3. He said: "Do you know that the shoes you are wearing are not a pair?
Meine Lösung:
He said if you knew that the shoes I was wearing are not a pair.

He asked me if I knew ....were not a pair. (Reported Question)

4."Are you ill or do you have sorrows?" I asked her.
Meine Lösung:
I asked her if she was ill or she do had sorrows.

I asked her if she was ill ... good .... or if she had sorrows.

Vielen Dank für die Antwort, leider war es zuspät, da ich den Test schon geschrieben hatte. Aber der Kurztest war Gott sei Dank nicht so schwer und für die Arbeit nächste Woche, weiß ich das dann auch.
