hello everyone,

I am new here and I would like to ask you for some help :)
Tomorrow I have to convince of my teacher to give me an one in English
(was just business English that`s my problem now)

I wrote an introduction of my company and now I want to ask you if someone could read the text to give me a small feedback - this would be veeeeeery n1 :freu:

Hello my name is ********. I am 21 years old and I am coming from **********.
After I finished successfully my college of higher education in 2005 I started an education to an IT-System trader in the same year.

Manfred K., boss of the company "Büroservice & Datenverarbeitung **********." accepted me for an apprenticeship over three years.
The company is in Bergatreute, near Ravensburg.
Our company consists of four employees at the moment. Our main job is in the support & service area and in the wage and salary administration.
The company was founded in 1985 with the name "Buerdat".
This name was changed over the years as well as the philosophy of our company.
At the beginning in 1985 my boss was alone in the company.
This changed when Thorsten, his second sun joined the business.
At this time, the main job of the firm was the disposal of Hardware parts.
The turnaround to a service office came over the years.
The avails of the hardware sales were not very well because of a huge number of competitors. My company reduced the hardware disposal to a minimal size. Exclusive for our customers we submit Hardware offers if the Software requires a newer Computer system or something like that.

Since 2007 we are an official reseller of the wage and salary administration tool "**********". We are very satisfied with this software and my boss is working with this tool since 1991.
The reason we changed 2007 to a reseller of this tool was to specialize the company more on the support and service industry. Therefore we arranged a support hotline which is reachable from 8 o`clock in the morning till 5 o`clock in the evening.
We are also pleased to process requests of our coustomers per eMail or fax.
It is very busy at the begin of a month and at the end of a month.
In this time we calculate with the salaries and the wages of our customers.
We have a customer base of about 30 companies. They are different in their size and their constitution. They reach from a normal company and building firm to a monastery (church).
We try to keep our average error rate near zero to satisfy our customers. Sometimes it is very difficult to follow new amendments which can appearance anytime.

In fact we try to offer the best support and service for our customers to keep them in good humour.
at the end of the text I enclose a small dictionary to help my classmates when they read it
