ich weiß nicht ob es grammatikalisch richtig ist, aber ich würde den Satz so schreiben:

I hope to be able to help to change the poverty one day, with all my strength.

I plan on doing everything in my power to change the lives of the poor for the better.

I pray with all my heart that we can eradicate poverty some day.

I really hope I can do something one day to lessen the amount of poverty we have.
