The articel „Dealing with toxic computer wast“ is about recycling of computer wast.
Computer wast is very dangeros for the environment becoause many plastic and chemical tracts are very toxic.
Today. many computer rubbish ends illegally in developing countries for example in Africa, India and China.
The European Union is working on a new laws that give more responsibilitys on the companys they produce computers. Companys should have more responsibility to recycel the computer rubbish. According to the author have a study show that 47 % of waste is illegal in 18 European seaports. Much was very toxic.
Some computers are recycled and can be sold on as second-hand equipment.
The computer company Dell have a programm that produce enviromentally friendly products. Many parts of a Dell computer can you upgrade. Dell hope that they can produce more product in the future they are more enviromentally friendly.
