Dear Sir or Madam,
I’m writing to you to apply for a practical training in your company.
At present I am attending the Erasmus-Gymnasium in Rostock. I will take my A-levels in July 2008 and would like to begin training thereafter.
It is important to me getting this training because I want start studying engineering at the university in Rostock and it includes two month practical training with a company. Making it for a company with international connections like yours would be ideal in improving my career prospects.
I am keen to take up the profession of aeronautical engineer as I am very interested in technology, design and development of aircraft. Also, solving issues that arise during the development is a welcome challenge for me.
I have a good command of written and spoken English, therefore language shouldn’t be a problem during the time.
I would be very pleased to be invited for an interview.
